The best kept secret in Burnham-on-Sea.
We are a private family owned park located in a peaceful area of Burnham and within 10 minutes walk to the town centre and the Seafront.
Newcombe Holiday Park is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the sea air. We are the ideal location for you and your family to begin a lifetime of enjoyable holidays..
The Park is open from 1st – March – 31st Oct.
The grounds are carefully maintained to create a serene place for you to enjoy your holidays and to create many happy memories.
The pitches are nestled between mature rose bushes all within this picturesque location.
We have over 70 individual pitches on site that all have their own unique viewpoint, the site also has a modest play area of its own along with a shower and laundry block.
WI-FI and Gas is also available on site.
History
Newcombe Caravan Park has been providing customers with memorable holidays since 1953.
It has always been a privately owned site that is family run and has a reputation of being one of the more exclusive static parks in the lovely coastal town of Burnham-on-Sea.
The Davies family, now in their third generation, have always had caravanning in their blood and still focus on the same ethos and level of service that has been passed down over the years.
Their continuation to look after the site and the customer base above anything else is still evoked in their motto, “Let’s not make changes. Let’s only make improvements”.
Thank you to the family community that has helped support us and looked after the site over the years and for many more years to come.

£3,300 for the year
Gas Bottles are charged at £40 each. Electric is on meter for each van and the bill is sent in November at the end of Season. Water is free as is the Wi-Fi.
